Programme Manager/Director - Meditech Expanse

£700pd, 6 months, Remote/Hybrid, Outside IR35

SR2 is looking to engage a Programme Manager/Director for one of our clients, helping a trust procure and implement a single EPR across Acute, Mental Health and Community health services.

As the Programme Manager for EPR you will work alongside a senior leadership team, helping them steer and guide the delivery with the trusts best interests in mind. The role requires extensive end to end programme management taking ownership of governance and assurance across the Shared EPR Programme.

You will develop good working relationships with Trust and Programme Executive leadership, the central Programme team and programme/project managers across the shared EPR landscape.

Candidates must have experience in complex, multi-vendor environments.

Experience and Responsibilities:

• Experience of delivering change across complex healthcare organisations
• Support the development of the cross trust EPR report design templates and methodology
• Demonstrable experience of leading Technical Implementation Teams
• Good knowledge of lean digital delivery practices
• Responsible for ensuring documentation for projects, deliverables and report specifications are created and maintained in line with the programme progress.
• Experience across either Meditech AND/OR Meditech Expanse
