£65,000 - £110,000 + bonus, shares, 30 days hol + 8 BH, private medical.
An awesome opportunity to join a great company! They aren't the new kids on the block and there name is continuing to spread and be pretty big throughout Bristol! The business have announced a multi-billion (yep with a B) investment over the next 3 years into their data, people and security. Specifically, £50million is going into this area to start a massive transformation which we are supporting the growth of.
This is a huge opportunity as we start to build out multiple new teams across Bristol. Lots of greenfield project, work to reduce the business's carbon footprint and transform products and services from dates, and legacy technology to modern tech. We are looking to hire a few of Solution Architects to start to form a brand new team. These are a variety of levels, we'd like a mix of IC's and also Lead Architects. You will be involved in everything from architecting customer facing applications, APIs, integrations using cloud native applications, managing architectural decisions & communicating this at all levels (from senior partners to developers).

Process: two-stage process, technical and then cultural/behavioural interview.
The roles are all from senior upwards, huge opportunities for progression considering the growth they're about to go through (they're hiring 100 people this year!)
