They are well-backed by a billion-pound business, and they are looking for self-starters and fast learners to come on board and join them as an Operations Analyst!

The Role:

As an Operations Analyst, you will be a part of a collaborative, cross-functional team of engineers, product owners and other analysts with a key focus on problem-solving, innovating and delivering great customer outcomes. You will learn from experts in the industry - be at the forefront of big thinkers and elevate your professional career! You will support with all of the day-to-day operations across all of the product types ensuring that high levels of customer service is maintained, during this exciting period of growth! Experience in a similar role previously is essential.

Responsibilities:

• You will process operational tasks such as transfers and cash payments across ISAs, JISAs, GIAs and pension wrappers.
• Manage cash and asset flows through the use of internal and external payment transfer systems.
• Ensure that effective communication is utilised to ensure accuracy of daily tasks.
• You will own each request maintaining SLA's until the request is completed.
• You will own key operational processes within the operations domain.
• You will identify and resolve technical issues using a variety of workflows, with Python and utilise a range of collaborative applications.

Skills:

• Domain knowledge in all things transfer - bespoke Equisoft (ATG) and Origo knowledge
• Have experience with established platforms (payments).
• You will have experience where you will switch contexts and experience within a fast-paced environment.
• Own processes and customer outcomes
• Have technical build interest and keen to operate in a tech-focussed environment
