SC Service Now Engineer - Inside IR35 - Remote - 6 Months

SR2 is pleased to partner with a consultancy who are deeply embedded in the Public Sector. SR2 is recruiting for a Security Cleared Service Now Engineer with a Government Department. This is a strategic role in an exciting multi-year transformation with high visibility.

Successful candidates will be required to play a pivotal role in developing and managing the department data lake-proof concept, performing advanced data analysis, and exporting insights into ServiceNow Front End.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Integration and Management - Develop and maintain ETL processes to facilitate data transformation and loading.
• Good experience in ServiceNow Front End Development - Customise and develop the ServiceNow front end to display data lake.
• Experience in implementing and optimising ServiceNow dashboards according to DORA 4 metrics.
• Advanced ServiceNow capabilities - ServiceNow spotlight, process mining, and clustering to enhance data analysis.
• Experience in implementing and managing ServiceNow applications to support business processes.
• Collaboration and Communication.
