Socially Responsible Recruitment has landed in Austin.

Founded in the UK in 2018, we are an award-winning 🏆 Tech / IT staffing agency with 60 people across two thriving offices in the UK & we now plan to replicate our brand & ethos in the US, starting with an office in Austin & then expanding across the US 🚀

We want to replicate the socially responsible work we do in the UK, continuing to donate 5% of our profits to charity, supporting the local Austin community with volunteering, impacting the tech industry with meetups & taking our 'tech volunteer' platform worldwide 🌎

We're looking for experienced 360 Full Desk Tech Recruiters based in Austin who want to join us on this journey, become part of our hypergrowth & see huge career advancement with SR2.

The Role:

As the 4th person to join the Austin team you will be recruiting in a niche tech market.

Your role will be a combination of both Sales - identifying & winning new clients/roles AND Recruiting - sourcing & managing candidates throughout the interview process.

You will build a network and presence in the local Austin community. Running Tech meetups & events to build up your personal branding & get SR2's name out into the industry.

Who we are looking for:

An experienced Full Desk Recruiter: you will ideally have 18months+ experience working for a staffing agency & be able to demonstrate identifying & winning clients.

Degree from an accredited University/College

Winning Mentality - Have you played competitive sports to a high level? Ran Marathons? Lead a Fraternity or Sorority? Whatever it is we want to know that you have a winning mentality!

Social Selling - You'll Love networking & be excited to be out meeting clients & going to networking & industry events. You'll shout about the SR2 Brand in Austin!

What you'll get in return?

Competitive base salary - determined by your level of experience

Compensation package 10% - 40% with no threshold 🤑

1:1 Training from the Co-Founder & $1m Biller
