IT Support Analyst

Up to £35,000

On-site near Salisbury

(with occasional remote working)

What You'll Do:

  • Provide top-notch IT support to users, ensuring seamless access to IT services.
  • Manage incoming calls and online requests, logging them in our Service Management tool, Halo.
  • Resolve IT incidents and service requests promptly and effectively, keeping users informed every step of the way.
  • Utilize troubleshooting and fault diagnosis skills to achieve 'first call fix' resolutions; escalate complex issues to our expert 2nd line support teams as needed.
  • Follow and promote IT Service Management processes, guiding colleagues on optimal interactions with the IT Service Desk.
  • Collaborate with other IT Support Analysts and offer support and guidance within the IT department.
  • Deliver on-site support as needed in various regions.
  • Educate users on IT policies and procedures, ensuring compliance, especially in IT Security.
  • Assist the IT Service Desk Lead with preparing management information and reports.
  • Handle software license management related to user requests.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for our IT services.
