The role is for a Service Desk Support Analyst providing 1st and 2nd line support and will be joining the infrastructure team. Providing you a clear path to further progress your career into the world of DevOps if you wish. The teams are very Linux heavy, so any experience in this will be a plus!

You will primarily be providing 1st and 2nd line support but also be given the opportunity to assist on some server and application hosting projects.

We're looking for a candidate who has previous experience in assisting end users, resolving issues, setting up computers, installing software and doing all the usual 1st line support tasks.

You'll be supporting internal staff within the company.

Experience required:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a 1st or 2nd line support role assisting end users with the daily expected tasks (resolving IT issues, setting up computers, setting up equipment and software)
  • Great communication skills, friendly and helpful
  • Supporting internal end users with setting up PCs/Laptops (they use both Microsoft and Mac)
  • A good solid understanding of core IT fundamentals and the ability to get things resolves in a quick and smooth manor.

Expect to be working with the following tech and systems: Office 365, VMware, Windows Server 2008+, Linux, Amazon AWS, MySQL/PostgreSQL + more
