We're looking to hire a Service Desk Analyst (Customer support focus) brilliant for their Service Desk team, you'll be joining a small team of 4 in a non-technical customer support role providing excellent customer service and product knowledge to airline companies.
You will need to be someone with fantastic people skills, who enjoys building relationships with customers and helping them to use the product to their best ability. Whilst this role isn't highly technical, you will need to be able to learn and pick up their product (with lots of training and support provided to help you excel in the role).
