I'm looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer based in the Poole area to join an unbelievable AI company.

It's important to note that this is a hybrid role and could fall under the MLE or MLOps title. You must have experience setting up ML infrastructure & cloud architecture and have worked at the deployment/maintenance end of the ML lifecycle.

This role is probably best suited to people who have transitioned from software engineering into ML, as opposed to from data science into ML. SWE best practices are very much required so even if you're not an ML Engineer by trade but you're interested in working on ML projects and Python is your language of choice then it's still worth applying.

Opportunities to work for one of Europe's finest AI companies don't come around very often. The business is made up of 500-600 people, 80% of whom are either Data Scientists or ML Engineers so very much somewhere where ML/AI is the backbone of the business and the place to be if you're wanting to develop your ML skillset.

It is essential that you either hold or are eligible to obtain security clearance. Essentially this means you've lived in the UK for 5 years continuously.
