It's growth-time 🚀 as we look to scale from 65 - 100 heads and globalise the business with further expansion into Europe and America.
Our contract team currently is focused on UK business and has over 200 + runners with some of the fastest-growing consultancy and scale-up clients. We are looking to mirror this growth in Europe and to build a best-in-industry team covering Germany initially, then growing into NL & Nordics.
We are already operating in Germany on a permanent basis, our GmbH, & have an established team and client base that can be leveraged.
This opportunity would suit someone looking to step up into a management role or an existing manager looking for a greenfield build-out.
We are actively interviewing for 360's and are looking to land 2-3 individuals into the team that is sales focused from day one. We see this team growing to 10 + heads over the coming 12 months and for the role to quickly progress into a key leadership role at SR2.
Prior experience of successfully operating in if not setting up contract functions in Europe and desire to manage & scale a team is essential.
We have a great brand behind us and see this as one of our biggest growth areas over the coming years and a massive opportunity for the right individual 🤩
